Returns Policy

Most new, unopened items, may be returned within 12 days of delivery for a refund. We have to be notified within 48 hours of shipment arrival/receipt if the item/s in the order is damaged. No exceptions. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ex. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, if the item is being returned for any other reason, you will be required to pay return shipping charges and a 35% restocking fee. If an order arrives in damaged condition, contact us immediately within 48 hours. ALL returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Contact us at travis@travisdavid.com and we will provide you with an RMA number. Items will not be accepted for return without a Return Authorization!  If an item is damaged, it must be inspected by our returns department. After the inspection of damaged returns has been completed and your return processed, we will contact you via email with information regarding your refund. All custom orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.

All fabric and wallcovering orders are FINAL and are not applicable for returns.

Refunds

All orders cancelled within 24 hours will be issued a full refund, unless the item/s has already shipped. However, since all of our items are rushed for shipment, if an item has been prepared for shipment and the order had exceeded 48 hours before the order cancellation, you will be charged a 3% administrative and processing fee. Refunds should be expected to arrive to you within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The 4 week time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Shipping

We are able ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options that you have chosen. Depending upon the chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery provides in-home delivery and light assembly of most furniture and related items as well as removal of all packaging materials.
White glove deliveries are inspected and delivered to your home. You need to inspect the item thoroughly at the time of delivery before you accept the merchandise. After you have inspected and signed, this will be considered your affidavit of satisfaction with your order acknowledging any defects, damages, or otherwise.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
