Available for most furniture purchases. This is threshold delivery to the first outside dry area. Other delivery options are available for a fee (see below). Please call us at 214-718-7281 or message us through the below link if you would like us to quote fees for other delivery options.
PREMIUM DELIVERY OPTIONS (additional fee)
WHITE GLOVE: LEVEL ONE:
Deliveries are unboxed and inspected, and shipping packaging is removed. Delivery is made to the room of your choice, up to one flight of stairs, by our White Glove service partners. Learn more
WHITE GLOVE: LEVEL TWO:
Deliveries are unboxed and inspected, and shipping packaging is removed. Delivery is made to the room of your choice, which includes light assembly, up to two flights of stairs.
WHITE GLOVE: LEVEL THREE:
Includes everything listed for “Level Two” but is customizable for your unique delivery requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel most orders within 24 hours of purchase. However, TRAVISDAVID reserves the right to decline cancellation requests if an order has shipped within this timeframe. Please keep in mind that items such as fabric, wall coverings, and items marked as "final sale," "clearance," "as is," "non-returnable," or "made-to-order" are not eligible for cancellation.
