SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return Policy

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We must be notified within 48 hours of shipment arrival/receipt if any item(s) in the order are damaged. No exceptions. We will pay the return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item) or if the item was delivered damaged. However, if the item is returned for any reason other than a defect or damage incurred during delivery, you will be required to pay return shipping charges and a 35% restocking fee. If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. ALL returns require RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Contact us at travis@travisdavid.com, and we will provide you with an RMA number. Items will not be accepted for return without a Return Authorization!  If an item is damaged, it must be inspected by our returns department. Once the inspection of damaged returns is complete and your return has been processed, we will email you with information about your refund. All custom orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.

As an e-commerce retailer, Travisdavid does not operate a physical store or maintain inventory. Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer, allowing us to provide exceptional customer service while offering high-quality products at some of the most competitive prices online. Therefore, the return shipping and restocking fee can only be waived if there is damage during delivery or if the shipping error is caused by Travisdavid. All product images and descriptions on our website are supplied by the manufacturer, and variations in appearance may occur due to lighting, surroundings, and photography conditions.

We encourage our customers to research the product thoroughly before purchasing, reach out to us with any questions, and carefully review product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, and images on both our website and the manufacturer's site before placing an order. Any issues with products, such as whether a product is defective, damaged, or not “as described”, will be deferred to the manufacturer, whose judgment is final. Our expert advisors are readily available and will happily assist you in making an informed purchase decision.

Items That May Not Be Returned

All fabric and wallcovering orders are FINAL, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Because color, texture, and scale can vary, we strongly encourage customers to order samples prior to placing a final order. Samples are available and can be mailed to you to ensure the product meets your expectations before purchase.

New, undamaged, and unopened items (excluding fabric and wallcoverings) are eligible for return within 30 days, subject to return shipping and restocking fees. However, the returned item must be in its original primary packaging. Primary packaging is the material applied by the original manufacturer to protect and preserve the item for the final user (e.g., factory-sealed boxes, internal protective materials, sealed plastic wrap applied by the manufacturer). Once the primary packaging has been removed, the item cannot be resold as new and will not be eligible for return. Opening secondary packaging does not affect return eligibility, provided the primary packaging remains unopened and intact. Secondary packaging is the visible shipping container the item was delivered in, or, if multiple items were ordered, the shrink wrap or other material that holds the items together (e.g., the outer shipping carton, protective shipping materials not applied by the manufacturer, shrink-wrapped multipacks). 

Refunds

All orders cancelled within 24 hours will be issued a full refund, unless the item/s have already shipped. However, since all our items are rushed for shipment, if an item has been processed for shipment and more than 48 hours have elapsed before the order cancellation, you will be charged a 3% administrative and processing fee. Refunds should arrive within 4 weeks of your package being delivered to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund sooner. The 4-week period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Any address outside of the lower 48 states in North America (including the District of Columbia) will require a shipping quote. Note that some products are subject to legal restrictions, and others cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you have chosen. Depending upon the chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 Delivery Options

 Standard Free Delivery

Free threshold delivery is to the first dry area of your home or business. This would either be a garage or a covered patio. Note that some items may come palletized. You need to inspect the item thoroughly at the time of delivery before you accept the merchandise. 

White Glove Delivery Level One

White glove deliveries are inspected and delivered to your home. White Glove Delivery Level One includes in-home delivery to the room of your choice and up to one flight of stairs. Removal of packing from palletized items and or packing will be removed and disposed of off premises. You must thoroughly inspect the item at the time of delivery before accepting the merchandise. After you have inspected and signed for delivery, this will constitute your affidavit of satisfaction with your order, acknowledging any defects, damages, or other issues.

White Glove Delivery Level Two  

White glove deliveries are inspected and delivered inside your home. White Glove Delivery Level Two includes in-home delivery to the room of your choice and up to one flight of stairs. Assembly of items is included, along with the removal of any packing from palletized items. Packing will be disposed of off premises. You need to inspect the item thoroughly at the time of delivery before you accept the merchandise. After you have inspected and signed, this constitutes your affidavit of satisfaction with your order, acknowledging that the item is free from defects, damages, or otherwise.

Free Delivery Disclaimer

Free delivery applies only to standard deliveries within our normal service areas in the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote, hard-to-reach, or challenging locations that fall outside typical delivery criteria, routes, or population centers.

Examples include, but are not limited to, multi-story buildings without freight elevators or loading docks, rural areas, islands, mountain regions, unpaved or restricted-access roads, and destinations that require ferry transport or special handling.
